Shipping Summary

It’s important to note that our Signature Line production time may take as little time as 2 weeks, and our Personalized line production time averages 6 months. Shipping is invoiced after production ends.

Threshold Delivery: 2—6 weeks

This is often the cheapest and safest method to deliver, but not assemble, your table. The same company who handles White Glove Delivery (below) handles these orders. Read about Assembly here.

White Glove Delivery: 4-10 weeks

This is the cheapest and safest way to deliver and install your table. It includes inspection of your order prior to delivery, assembly, and removal of all trash and packaging.

Curbside Delivery: 2 weeks

This freight service leaves a large crated box at your curb. There is no installation with this delivery. We insure your package, but our experience with freight customer service is frankly awful—you have been warned! Read about Assembly here.

LTL Freight Delivery: 2 weeks

A loading dock capable of receiving a 53′ semi truck is required at the end destination. There is no installation with this delivery. To obtain a quote, email with the loading dock address at your location. Read about Assembly here.

Pickup from our Hickory, NC Showroom: 2 weeks and FREE

We need time to get your cartoned table to our loading dock, as the factory is off site, then you can meet our office staff to pick it up at no charge. Please bring at least 2 people to help lift the carton into your vehicle, and note carton dimensions on the Assembly page. Our Hickory, NC showroom continues to operate by appointment only. Threshold Delivery

This is a new service by the same company which performs White Glove Delivery (see below). The delivery team takes the carton from our factory to your garage or the first room of your house (“the threshold”). Unlike Curbside Delivery they do not leave the carton outdoors!

You will be responsible for opening the carton, assembling the table, and disposing of the packaging materials. Please remember game table cartons are usually VERY large (see Assembly page for dimensions) While this is a faster and cheaper alternative to White Glove Delivery, it may be inconvenient to have this package in your front room.

White Glove Delivery

We know you’ve spent a lot of money on your game table. We want you to have the best experience for delivery, too—safest and most reliable, with the best customer service. The White Glove Delivery service uses an end mile delivery team specializing in furniture to handle final delivery. Your order is inspected prior to delivery, and if any damage is found from transit, their techs repair it before it’s inside your home. Most deliveries go smoothly and everyone is satisfied. But just in case, please read the following warning, which we will repeat during final inspection to customers anticipating a delivery:

If you encounter a problem during delivery, you must note it in writing before the delivery team leaves. They assume NO RESPONSIBILITY unless it is in writing and noted by the end mile delivery team. You may also speak to their logistics team customer service agent — they’ll have a free number you can call. Please have a responsible adult present to receive delivery.

Please note we cannot offer any timeline or exact tracking for the below process.

  1. At final inspection, we’ll email you to confirm your address and go over rates and delivery options.
  2. Once your order is complete we’ll invoice you for delivery.
  3. Once your invoice is paid we contact the shipper to pick up your order from the factory.
  4. They’ll call you to schedule a delivery day and time. White Glove Delivery may take 4-8 weeks for them to enter the order in their system prior to calling. You can email for an update during this time (but it’s just us asking them, too).
  5. Before calling you, the carton will progress from NC to your region and transfer to an end mile delivery team.
  6. They’ll open the carton and assemble the order to check it. You will be notified if there’s any delay here. Pieces are packaged for delivery.
  7. They’ll arrive on the day and time agreed upon, set up the table and any other items, and remove all trash. You’ll be asked to sign that the installation went smoothly (if it did not, please note that in writing, contact the delivery customer support, and let us know–see warning above). Curbside Delivery

Curbside Delivery is significantly faster than White Glove Delivery. We crate all Curbside Delivery orders due to the potential for damage because of how fast it is shipped. We recommend White Glove Delivery for the safest shipping option.

LTL Delivery

LTL (Less Than truck Load) Delivery is only to a loading dock. If you have access to a loading dock and can then move it into your home, email with the loading dock address.

Pickup From Hickory, NC

We will make arrangements to meet you for local pickup from our showroom in Hickory, NC. Some customers have made their own arrangements for pickup and delivery, like through We do not charge for the service of meeting you to pick up your order.

Please arrive with two people to help us move the carton.

Also, make sure any driver picking up for you knows the dimensions of the carton. It must fit *through* the opening of the vehicle. Plenty of people only measure the interior space and not the door’s opening! You can find these dimensions on our Assembly page.
